First time in AGES - think we went out of dinner about 3yrs ago - and have had a few takeaways at home with the DS's in bed. But never anything in the day time with the boys with us!

my DB will be looking after them here in Wellingborough, DH and I are going up to Peterborough (we're taking one of my choir members too - it's the big Disceason sp? Choral Festival tomorrow and DH has offered to drive me (being the Director of Music at our church) and this other girl - who had no transport up there. I'll make sure my few choir members are in the Cathedral ready for the rehearsal, then we'll go off for lunch (ok so it's not particularly exciting - we're going to Asda ) but it'll just be the two of us. Then he's going off to the cinema - while I go window shopping and to the service in the evening then he'll take us home again.

That sounds great QofQ - although I think I'd be more excited at the concerty than the lunch!

Non - child lunches are fun though

Well I'm looking forward to the service too - it's always amazing - usually at a choir of at least 500 strong and in the cathedral sounds wonderful.

But with DH's job and mine - we rarely get to spend time together - so a lunch at Asda is going to fabulous
