Open marriage -- any experiences?

I was curious to hear from people who have personal experience of being in an open marriage. What are your 'rules', and how is it working out?

Meerka - I wouldn't be able to cope with an entirely sexless marriage and I suspect whilst I am in a minority - its not that tiny. Mostly, people, esepcially on this site, are frightened off speaking their truth. Great pity.
