Have just been round to the outlaws (because they wont visit us even though they live 5 mins away).
I asked if they would have dd and ds for an hour tomorrow (they dont work, and had already said they had nothing planned) .... when I asked they just looked at each other and said nothing so i said 'well dont both shout at once because i wont hear you' to which she replied 'well ok but it'll have to be early'

I can't stick my partners mum.

She's such a miserable, gossiping, moany old bag.

We don't have much contact with her (Thank Goodness).

She talks to us when she wants to, and on her terms only.

She hasn't spoken to me for a few months now.

Last time we spoke, she told me i wasn't part of the family, (we're not married), only been together 13.5 years!!!!!!!!

I told her that if i'm not part of the family, then neither are my kids!!!!!

She hasn't seen them since.

If getting married means having that as a MIL, i think we'll stay as we are.
