Sorry I know I'm drop feeding as there's a back story

But had a penny dropping moment today that he needs to leave but I feel too numb and drained to even say it

The longer you carry on as you are the worse you are going to feel.

Without telling us the whole story, there isn't much else anyone can say. The only person who is going to change the way you feel is you. You are the only person who can change this, no one is going to step in and do it for you.

You have two options open to you. Carry on being miserable, or get on with it and change it.

Sorry to sound harsh but there really isn't anything else to it.

One step at a time.
Start making a leaving plan and start ticking boxes.
