Financially would be impossible as im still paying debts from last boyfriend left me with!! Termination is not an option for me, any advice would be very welcome, thanx x

First thing if you haven't is to see your GP. Do you have family to support you?

CarbeDiem · 01/06/2014 23:20

Hi Lola,
Sorry you're in this situation Thanks
Mr Bachelor really needs to find his fucking balls and face up to what's happening. You need an answer, either way.
If a termination is not an option for you then you need to tell him this and regardless of whether he loves you or not - he's got a baby to support.
If you're going to have the baby then look into second hand things for it, it doesn't have to cost a lot.
Good luck X

I don't think I'd be waiting for Mr Bachelor to pass judgement quite honestly. You're having a baby... congratulations!!... so tell him that he has two choices. Either he gets over himself PDQ and you raise the baby together or he hands over child maintenance and you raise them apart. You don't need any half-hearted passengers.

If you're 42 is he a similar age?

Congrats on the baby! You'll be fine, everyone manages the financial side of things, somehow you just do!
Not ideal that you've fallen in love, and pregnant, with someone who has been pretty clear about not feeling the same way about you, but these things happen. You don't sound like you are, but pleeeease don't hold out any hope of him falling in love with you during pregnancy - if he doesn't love you in "breezy, bikini-trimmed sex-on-tap and nice underwear" world, he's definitely not going to be won over by random psycho outbursts and you weeing yourself when you run for a bus.
I have a friend in exactly this situation and although her and the dad are not together, they have a good system for looking after the baby and are on great terms. Sorry it didn't work out the way you wanted, but just you concentrate on how cute that baby is going to be! (Don't know the history with ex P, but why are you paying his debts?)
