So I went to cab but to be honest they were not much help and said to sit down with him and go through things 
thing is this would only lead to an argument.
Does anyone know if my moving me and dc out of family home would mean I was seen unfavourably if it ended up in court? Would my being the main carer count for anything? Is there a way to get a signed agreement without court?
In regards to finance as p is the main earner and can said I could take whats mine from joint account does this mean I cant really take anything?
Im so scared of leaving but think it has to be done when my eldest dc is saying he is shouting all the time but is too scared to tell him
