feel guilty for not mourning long enough but there again just happened to find him - wasnt particularly looking... and hes soooo nice BUT not my usual type

OP posts:
moondog · 25/08/2006 23:11

Bollocks to the mourning!
You didn't break things up!
Don't they say you need a month to mourn every year you were together?
Were you together for 12 years?

even so....just dents your confidence - eg yesterday got txt mfrom him saying havgin bad day 0 was convinced that was it - of course it wasnt but sooo hard to trust again - he is sooooo lovely - even feel guilty for liking him !!

he sounds like a great dad too - has exactly same morals/committment to kids as I do

OP posts:
Freckle · 25/08/2006 23:16

So how did you meet him?

fistfullofnappies · 25/08/2006 23:17

mistressmiggins · 25/08/2006 23:17

OP posts:
mistressmiggins · 25/08/2006 23:18

no one has met him
have told close friends and family but noone met him yet
thats cool
his friends want to meet me
I am happy just spending time with him to begin with

its soooo weird but really fancy him !!

OP posts:
mistressmiggins · 25/08/2006 23:23

and just wanted to say that without MN....

I wouldnt have trusted my instincts...
I wouldnt have confronted exH
I wouldnt have had the guts to ask him to leave
I wouldnt have realised I could manage with 2 children under 4

here we are...
a family where the kids think "once a fortnight" daddy is good; that all is fine & normal; and mummy deserves her own happiness

thanks to all of you

Maddison · 25/08/2006 23:25

mistressmiggins · 25/08/2006 23:26

feels fab
