What do I want?
A really good night's sleep (post-menopause sleep is crap)
To lose 15kg by magic, without losing any major body parts or limbs
Then to be able to eat whatever i liked and gain no weight
Not to ache so much before during and after exercise, which i enjoy and am good at, but it hurts more now
Animalistic sex is fairly low down on the list, and actually long and slow is better IME
