d.i.y. oven advice please

Hi, I am having a new kitchen put in shortly and the builder is leaving room for either a free standing oven or fitted oven/hob. Apparantly I need a built under oven, not built in.
anyone out there know the difference, thanks in advance.

You might want to move this out of 'Relationships' .... unless your builder is particularly special to you, of course :)

A built in over sits in a carcas. A built under oven (a double) sits on the floor.
