Pesca I have struggled with both bulimia and self harming too, I suspected you had when you refer to purging as a release. I used to use red biro pen instead of harming which helped get me off the habit and then I weaned myself off that. Have you ever had counselling or is there anyone you can talk to in RL?

Not struggling with my children at all. They are my world , i have 2 girls who are my best friends.

Its my husband hes for weeks at a time then boom hes very abusive. He has been violent but that was 5 years ago. There has also been some issues of sexual abuse
