Freestyle carrier - No idea how to use, no instructions.. please help

Recently purchased a 2nd hand baby carrier, but no instructions, so bit miffed as to how on earth it's used, hunted the internet, but no joy.. Can anyone shed any light.. can it be used on your back also???? Thanks.

I don't think it can be used on your back, but the baby can face either towards you or away.

The Tomy site has downloadable manuals for all the Frestyle carriers they're still making here - click on the one that looks most similar to yours.
