Sisters...

I have 3 sisters. We all get on fine. It was my DS's 16th birthday a couple of weeks ago and not one even sent a card. They are all working and do not have financial issues. They knew it was his birthday as Facebook friends etc. Do you send cards etc for nephews/nieces?

I did when they were small . However I have 2 brothers and they have been a bit hit and miss over the years with mine . All grown up now. Never really dwelt on it though.

Might be different with sisters

sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. I think if the child gets a birthday party/big gift then they are well catered for.

Some of my nieces & siblings are a little self-entitled and ungrateful at times, their behaviour influences how dedicated I am to card sending.

Ultimately it is not worth thinking about.

Yeah I know I shouldnt! I know brothers are bad from my friends! I just couldn't bring myself not to send anything to them though. We didn't have a party for him as he didn't want the fuss!
