Had a tough few weeks with dh, won't go into the gory details but I feel I've been ignoring him a bit as a dh lately and just seen him as a dad.

Sex life has always been good but maybe a bit boring and predictable lately.

so tonight he is out on a works do, I've got done up put sexy undies on and got candles lit etc, no idea when he's back so I'm necking some wine for confidence.

Every husband will like this won't they?

He won't walk in and think what's this overweight dafty doing with the 4dc upstairs

I'm very sure that no matter what he will love the effort and love put into this. I know my husband would. Even if he thought the whole thing was a bit silly (I don't think it is) he would just love that I'd made an effort for him.

Unless he's had a skinful and wants to flop on the sofa and kip/drool himself, I am sure he'll appreciate the gesture.

I went through a stage of being a bit needy after our last dd was born so don't want to text him.

He never ever goes out for a full night (usually home by 9) so I'm so glad he's made the most of tonight.

God I make us sound boring, we had sex last night and this morning but it feels like the old us is missing. Hence trying to make the effort tonight, he really does mean the world to me (and I'm horny as hell) so want to make the most of it
