Rough Start

My girl and I got together and got pregnant with first 3 months. But within the beginning up until our son was born, we had a lot of issues within our lives that seemed to make the building of us so much harder. She lost her father at young age, then lost her mother 6 months before we started dating leaving her with a high school sister to take care of with a learning disability, although she is only 20 herself. On top of it, I was involved in a severe accident barely a month after she lost her mother, and a month before our son was to be born. This accident left me partially handicapped for almost a year that also had me going through my own personal and emotional problems. Our love is real and great when things is going good, but the culmination of all of these issues has seemed to cause so many problems that has seemed to keep us from growing together. Our sons is now almost a year, but it seems we're on a single thread

How do these problems present themselves? Do you argue? How do you relate to each other? Bereavement counselling for your partner may be an option and maybe relationship counselling for both of you.
