.....should I text him and let him know, or just let him find out when he comes home.

Is there a back story?

lovemenot · 05/12/2013 14:52

Yes, sorry.

This is my last thread but this crap has been going on for two years, no sex life for 3 years, he walked out of counseling, and since the last row has made no effort whatsoever to mend this.

Sorted. He just rang me to tell me that he has told his son he can stay over in our house tonight as he needs a lift to the airport in the morning. So I told him ss will have to sleep in with him as I have just moved into the spare room. He said "oh, ok, well that's ok, ss can sleep in with me or on the couch".

Hmmm. Strange reaction! Sorry to hear that things are no better. Is this your first step towards splitting up?

How's your dad doing, by the way?

lovemenot · 05/12/2013 15:59

Yes, this is the beginning of the end. It won't be pretty.

Thankyou for asking after dad. He is doing fine, his skin cancer is not a melanoma tg, it's a BCC, basal cell carcinoma that will not spread. He will be having it surgically removed very soon.

That's great news about your dad! He'll be back swimming in the sea in no time- if he ever stopped, that is.

You're not concerned about any repercussions from moving into the spare room, are you?

lovemenot · 05/12/2013 23:00

Reaction was as I expected - absolutely none! He sang while in the kitchen, then sat and laughed at the tv, then fell asleep in the armchair.
