Hi all.

Its looking like I'm going to have to go into a refuge. I have a thread in 30 days "argh" if someone can link.

Obviously the refuge would have to be in a different town.

But, before I call today I'm just wondering if anyone knows what will happen re my eldests schooling. She is 9, in yr 5 and my ex knows her school and the people there.

Does anyone have any experience? Tia

No experience, sorry. The above is a very recent thread asking the same type of thing you are. I hope it helps.

Looks like the link isn't working, but I scrolled back about 3 pages to find it. The word 'refuge' is in the title.

I was in a refuge with 4 kids, aged 11, 8, 7 and 2 at the time. I was advised to keep them off school.
we were only there a few weeks though, other women who had spent a longer te time had to enroll there kids in local school to refuge x
