Hello all. I registered with FreeDate (www.freedate.co.uk) on Sunday and am experiencing the following problems:
- The emails I'm sending aren't being received (people think I'm ignoring them!)
- I can't access private photos when allowed (you get an email from admin with a link, but the links don't work)
- Even though I'm logged in, I can't log in again to raise a ticket to report the problem
Does anyone have any experience of this site and the best way of contacting admin? The only way to do it is via a Ticket (which I can't do; it's saying my details haven't be recognised 
). My profile is showing but is still "awaiting approval" so I also have no idea what's showing to other members and what isn't either. I've been specific about my wants yet most emails I get are from men who don't fit my criteria (which either means they don't read my profile or it's not showing I suppose). Gah!
