I prefer my cat to my Ex

My beautiful Bengal cat has gone missing. I realise how much I miss him, unlike like my Ex. How many other people prefer their pets over their partners?

I'm starting to think you should seriously think about dropping the name of "nice guy". I think that by the look on the troll-stench threads you've been starting here, any woman will probably have a lucky escape.

You sound like a complete a-hole.

londonniceguy · 03/10/2013 16:35

The theknightswhosayni. Your being over generous with your compliments, but have to failed to recognise a tongue in cheek posting.
Ps I think you have had your sense of humor gene removed.

You are not alone, I prefer my cat to my dh, hope he comes home soon.

BitOutOfPractice · 03/10/2013 16:40

I don't have a cat because I'm wildly allergic to them. But I would definitely prefer a night with a very fluffy cat wrapped round my face than ever clap eyes on my ex again. So I guess I prefer your cat to my ex!

I hope you find your cat soon OP

londonniceguy · 03/10/2013 17:23

BitOutOfPractice I don't recognise the word Ugh. Please elaborate

OP posts:
Boosterseat · 03/10/2013 17:25

ugh

^ sound of disgust/distaste/displeasure

Take your pick.

londonniceguy · 03/10/2013 17:27

Ohhh, I see you don't like the word ladies. Gotcha. Any alternatives you might like to suggest?

OP posts:
Boosterseat · 03/10/2013 17:28

You aren't the only man here. Not all male posters feel it necessary to have a gender identifiable username.

Or do you only want to speak to "Ladies" ?

londonniceguy · 03/10/2013 17:32

I dont speak to anyone. i give my opinion in the topics. You're the only chatter whose name appears to be an article of furniture. Please explain why?

OP posts:
Boosterseat · 03/10/2013 17:33

Because it can be shortened to BS

and i can smell it a mile away..............

BitOutOfPractice · 03/10/2013 17:37

Ugh is the verbalisation of a shudder.

The term ladies is a. A massive assumption that we are all female. B. do condescendingly patronising it's untrue and c. I'm no lady anyway!

Whatnext074 · 03/10/2013 17:37

Without wishing to add to your ego OP by adding to your thread/s are you simply bored by posting your topics or are you taking the pss out of us who use this forum for genuine* advice?!

sounds like he's left you OP.

Boosterseat · 03/10/2013 18:12

Ouch. That hurt.

Boosterseat · 03/10/2013 18:25

Plus "nice guy" you aren't posting opinions, you're starting threads asking for opinions.

Have you forgotten what you're doing?

itwasarubythatshewore · 03/10/2013 19:18

Judging from the topic of your last thread and your reactions on this thread, you sound a lot more like a "Nice Guy"* than a nice guy.

londonniceguy · 03/10/2013 20:16

Well if you don't like the thread why make silly comments Booster. comment on the subject rather than the messenger ty

TheKnightsWhoSayNi · 03/10/2013 20:28

Interesting article, Itwasarubythatshewore. And frighteningly true. It also explains why I OP reminded me of someone, who this article described to an absolute T. OP, did you read it? I'd interested to know what you made of it.

Booster and Ruby, I'm glad I wasn't the only one thinking it. Though now I'm praying I never come across as a Nice Guy.
