What happened to Auch's thread? Did she get away, is she okay? Does anyone know? I didn't post on her thread but followed her and hav been thinking about her today.

I've been thinking about her too, and hoping she is ok - her thread is still there but she hasn't posted on it again. I would link but I don't know if that's the done thing in these circumstances?

Am I alone in thinking that cluttering the thread with bumps, although perhaps well-intended, is actually not helpful? I think the best thing we can do is wait until next Monday, or even Tuesday and one person bump it to the top (without loads of empty new messages for her to read if it's the first chance she's had to get online)?

I agree and that's why I hadn't posted again on the thread after it went quiet. Either she's still there and can't post, or she's got away and can't post yet. I hope we hear from her in time but she will have other priorities either way.
