Making time for me and my husband?

My husband is an orthopaedic surgeon, I'm so proud of him but he works during the day and we have 7 (soon to be 8) children. Because of his work and the children he is tired a lot. So how can we spend some alone time together? Anyone in similar positions, or has some good advice? Thanks

Could he work less hours? He wouldn't be too tired for you then.
