just been left after 23 yrs- very sudden and still in shock.not only heart broken and struggling with 4 kids but very difficult in that it is a finacial web. X has his own Buisness which is odrafted against family home. legal advice say I must get all company accounts.I am company secretary and when I asked today for all current accounts re Buisness he agreed that he would do it by Monday. tonight he emailed to say he changed his mind ( that I wouldn't understand them!!). Also said that tomorrow he would sack me as company secretary. Told me I would have to wait until hr has finalised his end of year accounts. Is this fair/legal

I think he is stitching you up. He can't just sack you. If he tries to, email him asking him to state his grounds for dismissal. I would suggest the legal board for advice. So sorry he is doing this. [git emoticon]
