Buying Viagra

hi, wasn't sure whether to post here or in health and have name changed btw for extra privacy.
GP has informed DP that he no longer falls into the categories to get Viagra on prescription, even though he damaged his back and although can get an erection, cannot maintain it without Vagra.
So where is best to buy it, if indeed we can ?

I guess your dh could ask for a private prescription from the gp, you then may the cost of the tablets and the dispensing fee. It might work out expensive though.

You can buy it over the Internet, via a 'doctor' but you have to be reassured that it doesn't cause I'll health effects. Very risky IMO, but my OH has done it in the past.

I see. Google has helpfully informed me that Lloyds pharmacy will charge something like £8.50 a tablet. It's madness.

Not as an after thought, but its worth considering the reliance on Viagra. My OH never needed it to get an erection, but to maintain one. It stemmed back to failing to satisfy based on bad experiences before me. It's a very long and (excuse the pun) hard cycle to break out of xx

Yes he can, but its taken a lot of time and patience and even now, we can both experience it (about twice a year) where it sets him back a bit. He hasn't had counselling, which is a big bugbear of mine, but I can't force him. He's very open with his thinking and I didn't realise how much it impacts on a guy despite reassurances. Have you guys spoken openly about it? I so appreciate how difficult these discussions are, eve the opening gambit to the discussion, but it is key if it has become a dependency (even if he doesn't believe it is),

We started in small steps, one night at a time and a whole lot of foreplay and reassurances. Didn't analyse it overly afterwards but there were always cheeky references the day after of how good it felt when he did such and such, how it made me feel etc, because that's how it was. Over time, the self imposed pressure made it less frequent but it does still happen, which is why you maybe have to recondition his thinking.

I'm not for a second saying thesis the case with your DP, but explaining our circs.

Thank you for being open about it. It's interesting because I have suspected, based on very little, that DP may be able to maintain an erection better than he thinks. His confidence in his own abilities is very low.

If he can get erections, there's no need to rely on medication, you can get erection support rings from boots and lots of places online. Get him on ginseng and ginko to boost his micro-circulation along with pomegranate juice.

Yes, you can buy it online. However, I wouldn't suggest you to buy Viagra without a prescription. It could be a dangerous experience. You should use a reliable and trustworthy pharmacy to not to order a fake.

Buy it off a well known online site such as superdrug, boots etc. Yes it's expensive, about £5 a tablet.
