Well last night....

Dh and I did the deed...we don't do it often as I'm massively complexed about my body, we are tired, I feel I'm shit in bed etc..etc..

Anyway, as I was saying last night we did it, it was alright. When we finished, I have noticed the cat must have come mid-coit. She was peacefully asleep, not disturbed at all..

What does it say about us ? That our love making is sooooo boring that the cat doesn't even notice that something is going on ?

How can I make things better ?

You just have a lazy cat. That's all.

Congrats for the done deed. Thanks

Our cat often naps in the bedroom while we are at it and we're quite (ahem!) vigorous.

2cats2many · 31/08/2013 17:55

So, the cat sleeping through it doesn't mean a thing.

Squeegle · 31/08/2013 17:56

Don't worry about the cat. Mine sometimes arrives and sits on the bed when I am dtd with my relatively new and keen lover!?!? I

you are kind !! You are making me feel better !! I was mortified when I saw her !

If your cat is anything like mine she'll desperately cling on to a warm sleeping spot while I make the bed around her or while the kids use the bed as a trampoline. She grimly pretends to be asleep while being bounced around rather than giving up her spot. A bit of vigorous rumpy pumpy is but a gentle rocking to a determined feline. Wink

No.
It means you were having such a good shag you didn't even notice the cat jumping on the bed.

IMANOLDAMERICANFART · 31/08/2013 18:39

aaaaaaawwwww thank you !!!

At least she was peacefully asleep. She could have been staring at you accusingly, in that way that cats can do.

Or getting ready to pounce.

str8tothepoint · 01/09/2013 13:29

Sorry but am I missing a point here?

LJL69 · 01/09/2013 14:11

our cat didnt stir when we were using an angle grinder! (I better add this was when taking out a fireplace and not some serious S&M shannanigans!)

Namechangingnorma · 01/09/2013 14:18

Yep our cat manages to stay in her favourite spot on the bed through fairly vigorous action, she even manages to stay asleep! Kitten however was by the foot of the bed this morning looking a little perturbed! Nothing to worry about
