Wondering if it's worth £15? I do like her blogs and she gets linked quite often on here

I haven't read that one; but I have read her mr unavailable and the fallback girl.

It has honestly changed my life. I look at things so differently now. I think £15 will be a small price to pay if it's as useful and illuminating as the one I read!

Didn't pay for the book but I did sign up for the free daily emails thing that help you stick to NC. I think I got an email every day for 30 days or something like that. They were very helpful indeed.

Ive just been to the site and she no longer offers the No Contact daily emails. That's a pity.
I'd buy the book in that case because the mails were very helpful.
Good luck!

Thank you, she does talk a lot of sense, whether that goes in my head and stays there is another thing though!
