do you share your feelings with your friends?

do you keep it together when friends are having a really crap time? Or do you let your own feelings show? I am seeing friends tomorrow who have had horrible news recently. I have cried about it a couple of times and have no idea whether I can hold it together when I see them. I have no idea what to say to them and I know I would cry if I tried anyway.

if they are mates and had a crap time, I would cry with them... sometimes, there is nothing you can say but you can share how bad it is with them...

My mate had a baby that died at birth -- there is nothing you can do except cry with them....

Your friends will just be grateful that you care, I doubt if they'll mind you crying or anything. Hugs are always best I find... you can cry and hug at the same time and it's not so embarassing.
