I am married to a wonderful man, there are no problems apart from sex.

I am very shy when it comes to sex and I want to be able to do more.

It has never been an issue to DH, but I want to do more but my fear stops me so we do the same position every time.

DH is the only person I have had sex with and I trust him 100%

Also I apologise if this is the wrong section to post in.

Oreo thanks for the pm tried to reply but my phone will not let me

Thanks for the PM. So I will reply here.

I am 27 been with DH for 9 years married for 2 we have sex about once a week.

I had a talk with DH and explained what I was feeling and he said when I am ready then start off slow and if it gets too much we can just stop and try again when I am ready.

He suggested that perhaps I could first masturbate to see what I like and tell him.

McNewPants2013 that sounds as though he's listened and wants to help - that's a really good start Smile You'll gain confidence by taking it a step at a time

Have a look on Amazon at a good book about lovemaking and your sexual health. Read the reviews and aim for one which addresses body image problems and lack of self confidence.

I hope you enjoy your discoveries with your DH as it is very much about both of you as opposed to one person 'learning' more..
