i was in an accident in feb ,still in hosp going home weds tho was with bf for 11 months the week after my accident he sent me a txt to say he could no longer see me as hes ex wife screwed his head up and he said he could not love me enuff but he was really keen on me and was really sorry ,he moved to crewe but since then i found out on fb hes started seeing someone else a week after we broke up im so heartbroken ,but i know i need to get back on my feet and forget him but i cant and still keep crying .

Well I'm glad you are well enough to leave hospital now.
It must have been awful for you being there for so long.
It's easy to say - but stop wasting your time thinking about him.
You need to get yourself well and then you will find someone who will love you and look after you.
Forget him - he's seriously just not worth your thoughts or tears.

What a mean thing to do, especially to someone who has just been in a nasty accident. Literally adding insult to injury! All that stuff about being really keen on you and not 'loving you enuff (sic)' was obviously a pack of lies.

If I'm doing the maths right you only broke up about five weeks ago? It's still going to be pretty raw and it's unrealistic to expect to just get on with life like nothing happened. I can understand, if you're stuck in a hospital, that you've got nothing much else to do besides think about what happened. However, for goodness sake, stay off Facebook. When you're trying to forget someone you really don't want to know what he's doing and who he's seeing.

When you get home try to make a conscious effort to fill your time, be busy and be with people that like you. Book things in your diary, plan stuff for the weekend. Good luck

Poor you though, as if being in hospital wasn't bad enough. In time, you'll look back and realise that his new girlfriend has done you a favour by taking the flaky ex off your hands. It doesn't make it feel better now, by any means, but you will do yourself much less hurt if you block him on Facebook and have absolutely no contact with him. I promise, it will get better for you
