I have a friend who needs some help - I know that there is some very useful information on here relating to what to do and who to contact if you want to leave an abusive relationship. I have seen one particular comprehensive post on various threads but can't locate it atm. Does anyone know the post I mean?

Is it the olgolga post or something similar? I'm not sure where to find it either though Good for you for supporting your friend though. She will need lots of support from a good friend
