I am going through a bit of a crappy time and really want to just talk about it but finding it really difficult.
I have a couple of friends who have actively offered an ear but I literally dont know how to start or say.
I've said to my DH a couple of times that I need to talk but there hasnt been time and weeks have passed and it's sort of stuck now. I want to stick and move forward but without burying how I feel.
Anyone got any thoughts ??

So you want to talk to us about it? Maybe once it is out once, it'll be easier?

I feel completely trapped
I self harm
I never have opportunity to have fun go out or do a hobby
I feel my husband doesn't care or notice
Im a crap mother
Im also ungrateful as am fortunate to have roof over head, enough to eat, no major health worries

You really ought to mention some of this to your GP. It sounds like you are depressed. Do you think your husband will be open to talking about it with you?

I think he may be but I don't know how ??
