Forgot my anniversary <sob>

Its our 7 year anniversary (togetherness, not wedding - we both agreed that we find this anniversary more special), and I've just had a text from him... and I'd completely forgotten :(

I want to get him something small, not sex related, but not too sure what (needs to be buyable from a supermarket, virgin or waterstones ).

Any ideas?
