Thinking of going to Relate - any advice?

Hi
I'm just wondering for those who have been to Relate before what made you think about contacting them?
Me and my dh are constantly bickering. We have a ds who's 5 and dd 11 months who doesn't sleep well. We are both tired and miserable. Big row this morning about the washing of all things, he had run out of vests!
I feel unhappy but I wouldn't want us to split up.
I don't know if its bad enough to go to Relate but I feel like we need some help but I don't know who to ask. To outsiders everything looks rosy. Thank you.

I think it would be a mistake to wait until things are 'bad enough' to go to relate. Go now. If you don't like your councillor then change them (our first one was terrible).

LittleEdie thanks, did you find it helped?

Ummm, well we split in the end, but yes it did help.
