Just feeling 'pinch' hubby busy chatting away to mates in their 20s whilst I'm about to hit 40! 9 year age difference, with 2 year old toddlere (after 5 goes IVF) would love to hear from you??

I've just turned 40, partner is 23. I didn't think it could work but it is. Do you feel left out? I'm at uni so have loads of twenty-something friends. I find them more interesting than people my age sometimes :D

No don't feel leftout.. just actually wish dh would engage more with people and therefore would feel more socialble..

Bf is 5yrs my junior, which admittedly isn't the biggest age gap, but there are some noticeable differences in our maturity levels and how we handle situations. Although to be fair to him, I'd always put that down me being a lone parent, and him only ever having been in 1 relationship prior to myself.
