Im talking about the movie on C4 right now

Having spent too much lots of time on the relationship threads, I now think I am becoming quite the expert in spotting warning signs.

I'm talking about Jake

So far I have spotted

Undermining behaviour
Rewriting history
Emotional blackmail

I think Meryl Streep should get herself over to Mumsnet

Ha ha!! I'm totally with you. I cannot watch Rom Coms anymore, they always have some arsehole man in it who is never picked up on.
If Meryl Streep ends up with him now, I'm going to vandalise all the wiki pages of those involved

I bought a load of classic films like Jane Eyre and Rebecca and they were appalling. Childhood abuse and neglect and abusive shitty men who repeated the cycle. Hard to watch when the scales have fallen from your eyes.
