Divorce and the armed forces?

How will this work then?

As much as I'd like to believe we'll have some sort of amicable, shared parenting relationship, I can see him sailing off into the sunset and putting his name forward for even more deployments.

I've spoken to welfare who gave me a number for a solicitor used to dealing with forces divorces but I can't get an appointment for weeks!

Hi, my ex is in the army. We just did a diy divorce as we had no assets, it was very cheap and quick. With regards to access, it is all on his terms as he says he never knows when he is free untill the last minute. I find it so annoying as I can never plan anything in advance.
If there is anything specific you would like to know feel free to pm me.

Tried sending a pm but it wouldn't send, will try again from the laptop when I get home. Smile
