I spent an age writing and then it got wiped.....help me! I cannot ask my friends or parents for advice . make it easier, not harder to write on this site please?

Use the back button on your screen and going until you find it.

Or rewrite now while it's fresh in your mind and copy and save it as you go 'just in case'.
