I have 5 children so this is enough to deal with as a single mum ,but to top it off I have my ex constantly harassing me ,he wont leave me alone an now if I try to ignore I get death threats so I am constantly treading on egg shells

have been in contact with police class as domestic ,its all crazy to be honest .its threats to me an himself ,he seems to threaten himself harm more than me but I just don't know what to do anymore its ,if mental health ,doctors ,and police wont do anything what u suppose to do ,

I do ,but he makes it out that I crazy .he acts all innocent an seems fine to everyone ,even tihough I have txts an he has recently self harmed ,I try my hardest to support him as wel as alow him to see the chidren but seems I am trying for more hassle ,he wants me an only me I dunno its crazy , im not worried about defending myself if need be but I just don't know what to do for the best ,you know when u want to get along for the sake of ya kids but just seem to try for nothing , I mean am I suppose to do this long term or just cut him off
