Staff do last night. He only joined the team a matter of weeks ago and only had brief passing chats at work. Last night we chatted for ages surrounded by other colleagues and loads of people commented on how much he was flirting. I'm crap at picking up on this.

Must add I have a dp and a dd, he has a dp and a ds.

NOTHING happened apart from a lot of pisstake banter, dancing and chatting and he bought me some drinks. However, he did keep giving me "the eye", scanning the room to see me etc.

We weren't that drunk so we were just laughing at the states of everyone else. Now I'm over thinking work on Monday...

Office lothario flirts at Xmas party and everyone feels awkward on Monday morning.... hold the front page, eh? :)

Ohemgee it was a christmas party believe it or not people do actually get drunk and flirt ...this is what happens surely you must know this.

You could always leave your partner and child and get together with the office flirt thus destroying his marriage as well.

Just make sure you do this before Christmas give your partner a really great present.

just breeze into work monday morning, say "that was a great night, my head was a bit fuzzy the next day though, how was everyone else?"..

if anyone comments, just laugh... you didnt do anything inappropriate, neither did he.. it was just harmless flirting and banter.

Loads of people commented well they love to tease and stir it during or after the event.

Fwiw some folk are chancers and fuelled by drink might be seeing how receptive others are. Some just let their hair down, have a laugh, business as usual next week.

If you look for trouble you'll find it so don't conspicuously blank him on Monday or go overboard chatting and "acting" normal.
