Belts and Braces - I need an exit plan, right?

Some of you may remember my husband tracking thread.

We are ticking along - still early days.

It occurs to me that it's not a bad idea to have my Plan B - right?

So how to go about that. I have no independent income - am working on "me" - but what else do I need to do?

Hi, I saw your earlier thread. I'm not surprised you still have doubts1

The things that I would do are financially based.
How much is the mortgage?
What pension plans are in place?
Savings in joing or sole names?
Your earning potential for the future?
Do you own your own car?

Obviously you don't need to share the answers(!), but maybe investigate your position within the household.
