It depends where you live. There may be services where you pay what you can afford. Especially if you are able to attend at off peak times, eg, day times rather than evening.

Relate will drop their fees if you are hard up, although there may be an amount per hour they can't go below iyswim, I think it depends on area how low they will drop their fees. Phone your local branch and ask :)
