Over on the "For VSM" thread you said you were worried about asking your dp to leave because you weren't sure about the financial side of things. If you go to dwp.gov.uk you can find out what you would be entitled to. You would probably be entitled to Income Support, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit etc. The amount depends on your age, circumstances etc - things you may not want to post on here.
