Oral sex and hygiene! am I OTT?

I'll only do oral sex after he's had a shower. As we've never been in a position where he's had a shower before sex (or we've had time to mess around after a shower) I've never given him oral.

He has however, done it to me.

Am I OTT in insisting on shower first?

Maybe the problem is that it doesn't conjour up a very romantic/passionate image, does it? In your DH's head he probably looks forward to you jumping on him and being so carried away with passion that you just go for it - whereas in reality you're eyeing him (and the shower cubicle) with suspicion, then picking it up with tweezers and giving it a long sniff

Seriously - as long as you know he showers daily, I wouldn't insist on a shower there and then. Doesn't make you sound too keen really - and if if you're not, that's your choice btw....

Its one of those things you don't know until you're actually close to it.

And if the smell makes you feel sick then you're stupid to carry on.

I have done that myself and tried to ignore the eye watering stomach churning ect ect but i just couldn't and it was a right turn off. So yep.. i am glad i snapped and i hope he washes the thing now a bit more often i am a three times a day freshen upper why shouldn't he be?
