But, I'm feeling a bit low tonight. I started a thread in mental health. It's not about relationships, but posters on here have been kind to me in the past and the other thread isn't getting any replies.

Is anybody there?

Are you okay? I always like your posts Smile

BertieBotts · 06/09/2012 00:09

Hi aleene, thanks :) Just struggling with everyday stuff... nothing major is happening, it's just life, and I don't know how to deal with it or fix it. Feels like I can help everyone else but don't have a clue when it comes to myself!

i feel that sometimes - a general anxiety, hard to pinpoint why it has surfaced. Perhaps you are bit rundown?

SuperB0F · 06/09/2012 00:13

Are you due on? I get properly howlingly sensitive when I'm due on.

BertieBotts · 06/09/2012 00:20

Ah, no, but I have been taking my pills oddly because I wanted to not be on my period this week. My boyfriend/partner (see I don't even know who he is!) has been working in Germany for 3 months and I get to see him for 11 days so rearranged it to sort that out which usually messes around with things.

It's not unusual or unfounded, though. I probably am hormonal/emotional due to seeing DP etc but I get this every now and again, so although it's probably related it's not solely that.

You have been coping on your own for a while? Be easy on yourself. You are perhaps just tired, frazzled from coping by yourself. I think that if you are a deep thinker then just thinking about things can make you low. perhaps that sounds a bit loopy

I just read your other thread. I don't really have anything to add except I clearly remember bursting into tears one day because I didn't have any bread and couldn't feed the DC any lunch and it was 3pm. And going to the shops seemed like an impossible task! Life can be overwhelming for so many of us. Don't be your worst critic. Be kind to yourself!

I have to got to bed now. I hope you are doing okay.

Thanks aleene. Hope you sleep well :)
