ah bless you GS. If I got into bed in pink pyjamas (or with anything on come to that), dh would think I was asking for a divorce

tee hee, specially when he has to cuddle me to keep me warm

moving swiftly on and back to my roast potatoes thread..

You big softy, GS! I'm guessing that baked beans, brussel sprouts and the campfire scene in "Blazing Saddles" are all banned in the GS household.

Well, I think things sound much more positive. I don't think dishcloths are so bad! No wonder she gets up so early if she's in bed by 9.30 - I think she's clearly very depressed by her job. Going part time might change things more than you can imagine - I hope so. Stop shouting so much, you'll have an aneurysm. Get a cleaner, tidy or live with it. Life really is too short. The weekend sounds excellent. Can you do it again soon?
Happy Christmas

Good Luck over Christmas!! I can understand why your wife needs PJ's I usually wear Cath Kidson flowery numbers to bed, dh would be a great hot water bottle but he hates me cuddling up to him at night, he gets too hot!

Well it sounds slightly more positive doesn't it? Are you slightly happier about it all? It sounds like you are both making steps to tackle the issues. I always find New Year a really depressing time and spent 2 days in tears this year, but feel a bit brighter now. How do you feel about the year ahead of you?

I think you are very brave to detail it all here and I hope its helping.

To butt in... what's "not very good sex"? Am reminded of the old Woody Allan joke: "What's the worst orgasm you've ever had?" "Mind-blowing". Sounds like efforts are being made on BOTH sides, and that's a good thing. Keep it up (if you know what I mean...)
