cant believe what my ex has done now

last october my Xh and i split up because he was cheating on me broke my heart but i have managed to pick myself up and get somewhere near to normal

he was seeing a woman from another town fair enough thought i had got rid of him for good

then all of a sudden he took a house in the next town to where i live and said it was over with the other woman

this week he came to see me and said that the house he is living in is being repossesed and hes having hassle off bailiffs about it as his landlord hasnt paid the mortgage for one year please bear with me

so me being soft joe said he and his daughter could stay at my house till he got another one

first night he went up to the house and came back at 1am, last night he didnt come back for dinner, turned his phone off basically did all the behaviour he did when he was cheating on me.
my twittch kicked into gear knew something was going on but oh boy was i in for a shock today

i went to work today but came home early due to an electrics problem at work and his daughter was on the back step crying into her phone to her brother, i tackled him about not coming back last night for his dinner, not letting me know and he gave me a load of flannell about the bailiffs hassling him so said he decided to stay there and he dosent have to answer to anyone,

then stepdaughter came in and said have you told her the truth (me) turns out him and the woman he was seeing have been living in this house for last two months, the house is not going to be repossesed and basically he concocted this huge elaborate lie to dump his own daughter (shes 21) and has picked the phsyco bitch (stepdaughters words not mine) over her.

i cant believe hes done this to her she has got family she can go to but i have said till she can afford to go over there on thursday she can stay with me why would a father do this to his own child and why am i so bloody naive as to have belived him sorry this is long tried to get everything in order

What an utter turd he is.
Did he give you the impression that he wanted to try again with you?
It's hard to believe he could do that to his own daughter but she least she does have you and the rest of her family to lean on.
I've no advice, sorry, just wanted to give you both a very unmumsnetty hug, he's an arse of the highest order and at least you both see him for what he really is x

thank you all for your replies having spoken to my stepdaughter she says that the woman is a nutter, treats him like dirt likes a drop too much wine and he said that he was going to find a house for him and his daughter because he regrets letting her and her kids move over to this area and in with him, but she thinks it was all lies just to dump her here and he chose her over his daughter, no way trying to get back with me, knows i dont trust him after last years shenanigans, and now as far as im concerned he is dead dosent exist any more and if his bed he chose to make is full of thorns then he can lie in it till he rots, knowing him being as this plan has fallen apart he will be back on match.com looking for his next escape venue and next victim
