Separated and devastated

Me and h have separated after 9 years together. I'm literally devastated can someone please hold my hand and tell me it's all going I be ok

it will all be ok, i promise. people say time is the best healer and - while you might want to smash their faces in now - this is definitely true. the next while will be hell, but you will be fine. and strong.

what happened? My STBXH walked out in Feb saying that he didnt love me any more...

Ultimately I ended it. We have been arguing almost non stop for 2 years. My 4 year old said 'can we be happy now?'
