How do i finish it

Like the title says how do i get the words out.Ive a knot in my stomach.I just feel really ill bout telling him its over.How do i say them words and get him to believe me that i dont love him anymore.

Agh my heads wrecked.

Be clear and kind, but don't dress it up with meaningless 'it's not you it's me' type rubbish, and if you really mean it's over, make sure you don't end up with a compromise situation where he thinks you might get back together.
