does this work for emotional abuse or is it aimed at those who are suffering with physical abuse?

Both! I highly recommend it.
Please get "Living With The Dominator" by Pat Craven for a taste of the FP. Can send link if you like.

It's ok thank you, I don't need the link, I've got my finger on the Buy button on the Amazon kindle page right now. GrinSo I should read that first then try the home study course?

I also wholeheartedly recommend the Freedom Programme - I volunteer for the programme running in my city. The course covers the whole spectrum of domestic abuse, and talks a lot about EA tactics and the abuse cycle. 'Living With the Dominator' is the book the Freedom Programme is based on, and is absolutely worth reading.

Thanks both - I've just ordered the Kindle version.
Much appreciated.
