How much foreplay do you do?

We've got into a bit of a rut really after 10 years of marriage. What foreplay does your dh really like? I want to spice things up a bit.

Good foreplay for me tends to require clean bodies. Putting someone's pee ridden smeggy appendage in my mouth isn't conducive to heightening the sensual tension. And I'm sure my H feels vice versa. Trying to get him to stick it under the tap after he pees seems a futile task though which makes spontaneous sex somewhat foreplayless if you count oral.

If you're anything like me starting off with a joint shower sets the mood nicely and anything goes.

Have to say sex is not exactly frequent for us and decent foreplay even less so. So I'm not really in a good position to offer advice.

Depends what you mean by foreplay. We tend to start teasing each other and sending naughty text messages a few hours before hand. Then when we're together in the evening, we make sure we sit a distance away from each other talking about nothing whatsoever to do with sec for a good hour or so, to let things build up a little bit more.
