Last night a very teary friend popped in with a bottle of wine and her DH's mobile phone, who is currently in bed with manflu.

W - Hi, How are you feeling today

M - Better, thanks for asking, Very sweet

W - That is because I'm nice.

M - I know, I said that before, think you are very nice.

W - I think you are very nice too.

I have known this couple for many years and I can not believe that he would be having and A/EA. I told my friend that I can not make up my mind either way. She knows that I'm posting this here. Any opinions please. Could this be messages exchanged between two friends. (All ended with smiley face and X).

Well, it wouldn't bother me at all if I found that on my DH's phone. Is there a reason she is viewing this with suspicion, something not right in his behaviour that is troubling her?

Am I the only one who thinks these text sound like sarcastic banter? But maybe that's still flirting, I wouldn't know how to flirt!

just tell her to watch out for when he locks his phone, My exH never locked his, was always forgetting to take it with him. When he started being glued to the phone and always having it with him, and a new lock on it - then I knew.
