Disclaimer: Vom-inducing message...

Just smiling like a Cheshire cat as my soppy boyfriend is abroad (only 10 days but im hating it) and he's just rung me to say that although he knew he loved me, being apart has made him realise just how much and that he wants me forever :D. It was the nicest call I've ever received, and a surprise at that as I thought we'd just be texting did to international call costs. Sorry, pointless thread I know, but I'm just so happy n loved up and counting down the days til he's back :D

Thats lovely! You're a lucky girl Smile

redfacedhurtface · 15/07/2012 09:06

Well, I for one am pleased for you. Your thread provides some much needed balance for all the shitty things I read on here. (A little jealous though.....)

ChildofIsis · 15/07/2012 09:08

That's lovely for you.

I'm in a new relationship and my man sends me the most beautifull messages of the same nature.
I think it's great.

OhEmGee24 · 15/07/2012 09:31

Child Good for you - you deserve it. Smile

I had been with now dh for 5 months when he went to Magaluf with his friends (booked before we met) for 2 weeks. I hadn't introduced him to ds yet but it was a turning point for us. We really missed one another and couldn't wait until we were together again. Good luck OhEmGee Grin

Yama · 15/07/2012 13:15

Nice.

Dh and I started long distance (well about 200 miles) and I remember the longing well.

We've only been together a few weeks so it's all very romantic.

Mind you there's been more romance in the past few weeks than I'd had in the last few years of my marriage.
Makes me realise how boring stbx was.

TapirBackRider · 16/07/2012 11:55

Good for you OP, and you too Isis!

OhEmGee24 · 16/07/2012 11:57

First few weeks are the best! Mind you, dp and I are at the 6/7month mark and it's bloody brilliant Grin
